Shipping, Delays & Customs Policies


Shipping in CAD$

Free shipping to orders delivered to a Canadian address. Expedited delivery is optional for a fee of 30 $. Delivery: 1-9 business days, Expedited 1-7 business days.

For the USA, there is a shipping fee of 12 $. Expedited delivery is optional for a fee of 40 $. Delivery: 5-10 business days, Expedited 2-7 business days.

For Europe, there is a shipping fee of 15 $. Expedited delivery is optional for a fee of 45 $. Delivery: 7-20 business days, Expedited 4-7 business days.

Regarding Delays and Customs

  • International buyers are responsible for duties, customs charges, or taxes (if applicable) that may be incurred.
  • Please note that once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control regarding delivery delays or custom clearing. Thank you for being patient and understanding while your package is in transit. 
  • If your undelivered packages are returned to us, you’ll have to bear the shipping cost for us to resend it to you.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tribu Urbaine Design. If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tribu Urbaine Design.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Return or Exchange

Should You not be satisfied with Your purchase, You may request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered package. Please see the instructions on how to contact us at the bottom of this page.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that the goods are not damaged and that they have not been worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

The deadline for Us to receive Your order for a refund is 20 days from the day We email You with the return procedure.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Delivery issues

For lost or damaged packages,  please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your parcel or 25 days if you have no news of your order. 


If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email within 24 hours after placing your order.
